ASMR

Hi!

I have not been here for a long time, but I'm coming back with (I hope) a nice topic.
Everyone has those days. You are late, you haven't eaten breakfast, your tram is not coming,

you stained  your shirt eating something quickly, the presentation over which you worked a few days did not go out as you wanted,

and in addition, the boss calls you, dissatisfied with the results of your work. To sum up your day sucks and you are a bundle of nerves. What do you do after back home?
Everyone has the golden mean, the mine is ASMR.
The autonomous sensory meridian response it is a nice feeling of tingling sensations on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. We experience ASMR thanks to stimuli. What they are? The most basic are:
  • sounds ( like whispers, rustles, sound of scratching, cutting or of water)
  • visual stimuli (hand movements, eye contact)
  • role plays ( a hairdresser's scene, medical scene) when visual and sound stimulus are conjunct.
ASMR can help you fall asleep or relax but not everyone reacts in the same way and for the same stimuli. For you, the sounds of water can be very pleasant and relax and for someone else strongly irritating.

Here you have 4 proposition of ASMR channels on youtube which are my favourite:  2 polish and 1 French but everywhere you can also find some video in English(so you can also learn English in a a pleasant way.:D) Just try, maybe you will be laughing like my boyfriend or you will fall in love in this method like me. :)

I have told you a lot about my movie world, but I have never written anything about my favorite books. Maybe it is because I think tha...
